The UEP Founders have developed a multiple step process to assess the training and education needs of potential clients. The process involves mapping out the resources within a community that can assist minority entrepreneurs and connecting such entrepreneurs with the appropriate available resources.

A variety of training and counseling assistance is available through UEP Founders. Entrepreneurs may access these resources through a UEP Center or online.
